Notice of Dr. Horner's Upcoming Retirement
Dr. Horner will be retiring this fall. He sends thanks to the many patients he serves and has served throughout the years. Please be aware of the following dates:
- August 14, 2025: Dr. Horner will be off staff at hospitals.
- September 30, 2025: Last day Dr. Horner will be providing patient care in the office.
Also, pertinent medical records will be sent to other providers at no charge. Entire patient charts will involve a copying fee to be determined by the office staff. After the office closes, record retrieval can be achieved by calling 610.374.8818.
The office should remain available for administration purposes until the end of October.
Finally, the practice's two-unit office condo is being considered for sale or rent at the completion of practice activity.

Scott A. Horner, M.D., has extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of urological diseases and conditions. He combines clinical services and expertise with state-of-the-art therapies. Dr. Horner specializes in bladder cancer, incontinence, kidney cancer, kidney stones, prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and vasectomy; he also diagnoses and treats general adult and pediatric urological disorders.
